Thank you for ordering from Artigiana Creations. All our items are made in house, and made to order. If you have any questions or would like something custom made that we do not offer already, just reach out with a message and we will try to help you.

All our items are made by hand at some point, and made mostly from wood. Therefore, items may have some imperfections due to wood grain or color. Sizes will be consistent however.

Processing of order is the amount of time it takes an item to be made, which usually ranges from 1-10 business days depending on the item and order. Once an item is processed, it is handed over to USPS for shipping, which at this point, we have no control of accurate shipping times and deliveries. We are not responsible for charges due to incorrect address placed at check out, or for failure of delivery due to lost transit. However, we will work with you as best as possible in such occasion. All deliveries should be trackable.
